Eurobud EPS 80 Graphite self-extinguishing polystyrene foam plates are made exclusively from high-quality raw materials on modern European equipment.
The Eurobud produces modern foam according to European quality standards. Styrofoam plates of our production are certified and fully comply with the valid DSTU B EN 13163 standards.
Graphite foam is an improved version of the usual white expanded polystyrene. It is obtained by adding graphite powder, which gives the insulation a dark gray color and better thermal insulation characteristics. Graphite foam offers the best (i.e. lowest) thermal conductivity λ, which allows for the same level of thermal insulation as white polystyrene foam with a correspondingly lower thickness. Customers choose to purchase graphite foam because, compared to white EPS plates, graphite allows to significantly reduce the thickness of the thermal insulation layer.
Standard dimensions of polystyrene plates: length – 100 cm; width – 50 cm; thickness from 1 cm to 60 cm, with a step of 1 cm. When ordering plates with a thickness from 11 cm to 60 cm, the number of packages must be a multiple of 8.
Under an individual order, it is possible to manufacture plates with a length of 100 cm, 200 cm and 400 cm, and a width of 100 cm or 120 cm, while the volume of the entire order must be a multiple of 4.8 m³.
The side edge of the polystyrene boards can be made even and milled (it makes it possible to lay the boards using the “spike-groove” technology).
The density of Eurobud EPS 80 is 15 kg/m³*
*+- 5% depending on storage conditions.
