Eurobud, in cooperation with the well-known leader in the field of construction solutions – Ceresit, conducted a full-scale fire test on the spread of fire of a prefabricated facade thermal insulation system in accordance with DSTU 9072:2021.
It was important for us not only to confirm the reliability and safety of EPS as a material, but to demonstrate its behavior in the context of the facade system as a whole. This will allow us to provide consumers with the highest level of safety and reliability in their construction projects.
To carry out the research, we collaborated with the Scientific Research Center and conducted tests on the basis of the fire-testing ground. According to the results of the test and according to the experts’ opinion, it was established that the Ceresit prefabricated facade system complete with Eurobud polystyrene meets all fire safety requirements and, most importantly, it is considered non-flammable!
